This is one of the most common client concerns, and it is completely understandable. An event has many moving parts, and the absence of a key supplier can put the whole celebration at risk.
That is why we always have a Plan B for force majeure. We prepare backup solutions in advance and have a substitute host, a backup DJ and an additional equipment set ready for a fast replacement at any time. Even in an unexpected situation, your event will still be delivered to a high standard.
What if technical problems occur at the venue?
Technical failures are among the most unpleasant event surprises: sound can disappear, the power can go out or the voltage can drop.
We are prepared for that too.
We always have a backup set of professional equipment, as well as a 220 V generator in our vehicle that can be deployed quickly if the power supply fails. This is especially important for weddings, corporate events and outdoor celebrations.
Our goal is to make sure guests do not even notice if a technical issue occurs.
What if it rains during an outdoor event?
The weather cannot be fully controlled, but it can be planned for.
For outdoor events, we have a tent available in case of rain, strong sun or a sudden change in conditions. It protects the equipment while preserving comfort and the festive atmosphere.
Even unexpected rain should not spoil your special day.
How do you guarantee a reliable partnership?
We work officially and transparently.
We sign a contract with every client. It records all conditions: date, time, event format, technical rider, responsibilities of both parties and the service price.
Payment is documented officially with an invoice in KSeF (Poland’s National e-Invoice System), providing full financial transparency and legal protection for both parties.
This means you are working with professionals, not suppliers relying only on a verbal promise.
Do you drink alcohol during the event?
No. We do not consume alcohol while working.
Running an event requires concentration, responsibility and full involvement. The host and DJ must keep their energy, stay in control and be able to make quick decisions.

What time do you arrive at the venue?
We arrive at least 3 hours before the event begins.
This time is needed for:
unhurried unloading;
complete equipment setup;
sound and lighting checks;
microphone tests;
final coordination with the organizers and venue team.
We never work against the clock because we understand the value of time and the risks caused by delays.
